okay will try to do that, but think a couple of my sketches might make that difficult if the swapper chooses to put the PM a different direction

Thanks Lisa, just do the best you can-if the title and embellishment won't work with PM's & JB's both ways then leave them off. My idea was to make more flexible pages since some people take horizontal pics and some take vertical....turns out to be more of a pain than anything!!

This is what I am finding kind of difficult when looking at sketches. Some of them only work with photos going one way. It is going to be a challenge for me!!

My groups look correct and I have made some choices in my element groups:
B--Paper Piecing
L and P--I plan to make Mickey icons decorated as wreaths/santa hats or pumpkins/witch hats/mummies with tags or maybe two icons and a tag for each group? I don't know how my idea will play out for sure yet....and not sure which elements that would fall under shapes and/or tags?

Sounds really cute Jennifer-just call them pp's, or pp & tag depending on the group. It doesn't matter if someone else in the group is already making pp's, everyone's will be different. See my above response to Lisa regarding the pages...

Anne I'm sorry for your lost. Take all the time you need. Swaps can always wait.

So I had an idea last night...if anyone would like to join in on the fun.
Since this is a Holiday swap, and we're all remembering past holidays and looking forward to holidays to come...why not share some pictures? We go to Disney every year on Thanksgiving, and I have some great ones to share...as well as non-Disney holidays. So, if you feel comfortable-go ahead and share a few of your favorite holiday pics. Anne, I loved the photos, they brought back alot of memories. we have been able to be there for Christmas 2 times. Love the WS photos especially.

My groups look good. Im in for 12.
It will take me a little bit to decide on what sketches to use and get those posted. The sites you mentioned did help .

Do we need to afix anything at all? Or just make all of the pieces and then let the recipient decide where they want to place them. Im goos either way.

Hope your able to enjoy your time with your family and still get some rest.

Thanks Rita! When you make the pages just don't affix anything that would need to be changed if you rotated the photo mats.

Thanks Cassey, I find that looking at pictures refreshes my memory and helps me with my groups. That's fine about the title-I'll make the change.
