Help with wire transfer / sounds strange?

Hi just had an offer accepted on akv contract with resales dvc. We are buying from uk so I was expecting to put the deposit on a credit card but the agent (kristen) said there is a $60 fee, the conversation continued and said "if using the title company they charge $60 fee for credit card or an international wore transfer" but they can use an attorney who will not charge for the wire but doesn't take credit cards?
I'm confused, does this sound right to you?

We bought resale dvc before but not through this çompany and had to pay on a credit card for the deposit because if it gets rofr"d they can return money far easier than the wire as the international wire has to go through a currency broker.

The fee is charged by the title company to process the foreign currency exchange. Most banks and CC companies will charge for payments made from outside of the US.

We have used your broker for selling and buying and have always had excellent service.
