Partly because they need to remove the garland over Main Street because the Frozen float won't fit with it up. Though I expected it for MLK weekend.

The garland will be down within a couple days after the 7th.

It looks like the Celebrate Happy Cavalcade will run daily at 1:30 pm and 2:45 pm.
Paint the Night will be at 8:30pm and 10:30pm on the nights that Disneyland closes at 11 pm. It will only be at 8:30pm on the nights that Disneyland closes at 10 pm. It will not run on Sweetheart Nites.
Wondrous Journeys will be at 7:30 pm on Sweetheart Nites.

I wish the characters had stayed out in their 100th outfits for as long as they have been out in their 70th!
