Help with Add-on

We are thinking of paying cash to add on 125 points through DVC. My question is how long does it take to close this transaction and the points to show in my account. We would be doing this from home-do they need to mail me the paperwork and have it mailed back before we get the points? Also I know the current incentives end Aug 10th so if this transaction takes longer than that, would we lose these incentives? We would have a December use year and would get the 08 points so would want to use these to book next March's trip. We want to book asap since we have decided to go with AKV (probably a 1BR) and DS wants a savannah view. I know I could just call DVC, but I like to research answers here prior to making the call.

The second you give them the down payment or full payment, they process the paperwork. The points will show up in your account usually within a day, it is very quick.

They will then send out the paperwork via Fedex, but you will have your points in the account before the paperwork is final. Hope that helps

I did a add on a month ago over the phone, I called and gave my guide my credit card info over the phone and 2 hours later the points were in my account.
