All 7 of us are now flying instead of driving to WDW from NH. I got a grat deal of $766 for tickets. Yes for all o them total. I just couldn't justify driving anymore. :cheer2: :cheer2: :cool1: :cool1:

Okay, here comes the questions;

ME- Can I take it to the Holiday Inn in DTD? If not, what would be the best way to get there. Can we use ME to go home from BWV's? (flying Delta)

Switching hotels - I am moving from the HI to The BWV's after one night, what's the easiest way to get there? Cheap too since we would need many cabs for the crew. Can we take a bus to DTD and then one from there to BWVs?

Outlet stores - How do I shop there without a car??? :confused3 :confused3

Thanks!!

ME only goes to the Disney resorts, not the DTD resorts. The cheapest way for 7 people would be to hire a town car service that has a van. There are quite a few companies that can help, Tiffany Town car, FL Tours, Cartier.
The next day you can take a cab, there are cabs that are vans, or you can take a town car service again.... For your return trip you would be able to use ME.
You might want to think about staying at one of the value resorts for your first night, any of the All Star or the Pop Century resorts. You would need 2 rooms, but you would be on site, you could use ME both ways, and use Disney to move your luggage the next day.
I can help you for transportation to the outlet stores, as I;ve never been. You could rent a car for the day, I know the public buses go there but I do not know the schedule.

I would switch to an All Star but I only added the extra night since I got it so cheap, but the free move would be nice as well as being able to use ME from the airport.

How much would a limo run for transport from the airport to WDW? That would be awesome!!

As others have noted, you can't use ME to get to the Holiday Inn. I'd suggest renting a van for the one day (night). Cost wise, this will probably work out to be about the same (or maybe cheaper) as taking a cab or limo to your first night hotel. But it has the advantage of alowing you to drive over to BWV the next day with your luggage, greatly reducing your transfer hassle.

I'm guessing that you are staying in a DVC unit at Boardwalk. Using a van for one day will give you an extra benefit - you can stop at a grocery store and stock-up on your way to BWV.

Just be sure to rent from an agency that has a drop-off location at WDW. National/Alamo are located in the Swolphin. Avis is at the Hilton in DTD.

I am in the same situation as you...we were planning on driving with the five of us and got great airfares at the last minute. I decided to rent a car with thrifty at the airport to be returned at disney's car care center the next day on wdw property. The night before we will be staying at HoJo's maingate at the $35/night rate(I followed a link by DreamsUnlimited here on the boards). My total for car rental and first nights stay with tax was about $80, cheaper than what the cheapest night at an allstars would be (after tax there's was $124, rack rate $99). And the benefit is I get to check in first thing in the morning and hopefully get our room request. We get to stop for groceries if we want. This way worked out best for us.

The cost of a van for 7 people would run about $110.00 round trip, $65.00 one way (assuming you would use DME on your return trip) This is Tiffany Town Car rate, FL tours is about $10.00-$15 more
A stretch limo would cost about $100.00 one way $180.00 round trip, this is checking Happy Limo's website.

I would go with the All Star. The savings using ME would more than likely make up the difference in rates VS renting car/using limo.
