Help! Tickets not Arrived!

i ordered the MYW tickets and an AP pass from Disney. They said it should reach me by February 27th. I ordered it express -$10.00 charge.

The tickets have not reached me yet and i leave this week (thurs nite). What happens if they don't get to me in time? Has this happened to anyone?

Any info greatly appreciated.
 
I would certainly get on the phone with whoever you called to place the order. Time is of the essence. Since you paid for express shipping they ought to be able to track it for you. If something has happened then maybe you can arrange to have another set waiting for you at your resort. I've never run into this before but that's what I would do if in the same situation!
 
If your tickets do not arrive in time you should be able to pick them up at will call at guest services. I had to change our tickets last spring and had to return the old ones for credit. They told me something like if they don't arrive just go to guest services and they will reissue them. Here's the ticketing office direct number: 407-566-4985
