We applied two dark shirt iron-on transfers to 100% cotton shirts tonight and they both look like they have bubbles or singe marks on them.
They are not air-pockets - the transfers are firmly applied to the shirts and the colors are fine - but there are these marks that seem to follow the pattern of our iron. Transfers are June Tailor from Wal-Mart. We applied a different pattern with the same transfer the other night and it looked fine - but the transfer was smaller, more of a solid color and didn't have as much detail. What did we do wrong tonight?
My husband thinks the iron was too hot. Is that possible?
