Help! SWA ding problems

I downloaded the ding program, but can not get a connection. I have Norton Virus protection and checked my firewall and the ding website is listed to permit. What else can I check? We want to fly from NO to Orlando. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Any suggestions what could be wrong? TIA.

Have you gone through the registration process and added the cities you wish to fly to/from?

Try pausing your Norton (there will be a box that says restart Norton on computer re-start) while you re-install Ding. Then after you choose your airports during registration step, you'll just turn re start computer and Norton will start to run again and "recognize" Ding. For some reason, Norton especially seems to give many people some issues.
I was SCARED to death to pause Norton with virus mania running thru my head, but I even run a business from my system and honestly after speaking to many people, it was no big deal pausing it just while you set up Ding, and certainly worth the Ding fares!
