Help! Someone stole my Mickey antenna topper

I got back just 2 weeks ago from a fabulous trip, and low and behold someone stole my brand new pirate mickey antenna topper. I just know it was those middle school kids ( I work at a middle school part time), went to my truck after work, gone . Is there somewhere I can order a new one, or do they sell these at the Disney Store? Is there any way to secure this on your antenna to make them less easy to steal? Thanks

The same thing happened to my mom! I have seen them at the disney store but I don't know of any way to secure them. Sorry!

No you don't. I've had several stolen at work, in the employee parking lot, and definitely no kids around.

A friend of mine wanted me to buy a few for her dad when we went last. She was all excited that she actually had an idea for a gift for him. Then she called a few days before we left & said he bought them online. (she was soooo mad).

So you must be able to somewhere. Just google them...

I have had good luck with my antenna toppers, only had one stolen in 8 years of having one. It was Mike's head-from Monster's Inc, and I have never seen one of these again.

Right now I have the one that was stolen from you. My biggest problem with these things is that they fade within a couple of weeks. I lost an ear on my Test Track one, probably from parking under low branches.

Can't think of any way to secure them from theft. That would probably make it so YOU couldn't remove it when you wanted. I buy a couple of new ones every time I go to WDW..

I've never seen this style at Disney online.

My sister has has one for years, through a few different antennas, and it started to get worn out. She was afraid it would fall off and put a dab of super glue on it. That might help as a security measure?

They do sell mickey attenna toppers at the disney store. They offer them in a lot of different colors.

You could try contacting the mail order--any disney receipt has the contact information. It happens, my Chicekn Little got stolen and I never did see another one like that... and that was in a school parking lot too
It happens-but I don't understand why people think it's ok to take things that aren't theres

After "losing" several of them I started super gluing them. Haven't lost one since.

My sister had hers stolen. We were so mad. She's only been to WDW once and chances are slim that she'll ever get back there. I was at World of Disney in NYC two weeks ago and bought her a new one. I don't remember seeing Pirate ones when I was there though.

Just makes me so mad that people steal. It's ridiculous. I'm thinking of getting her a stand that someone told me about here that she can stick inside her car to hold the topper instead of putting it back on her antenna.

We have yet to have ours stolen. Its been on Dfi's car for 2 years, but then again I can't see many people here wanting it. Its insanely faded and its the Canada flag one. When we go back in a month I'm planning on buying a ton to replace them when they fade. I have seen them at my local disney store, but just occasional holiday and the animal prints pack.

You can call the WDW merchandising line (not sure what the number is) and describe the one you lost and they can ship it to you. Not sure how much shipping is but it's an option.

My mom's always get stolen...it is quite annoying. The most recent one stolen was her Shrek head. She was upset. I will have to give her the tip about the super glue thing.

My DHs keeps getting swiped too, (the sorcerer's hat one) and I can't find them anymore - even at WoD in NYC. Ugh! Seems to happen at night from right in front of our house...

His idea is to stick a few tiny straight pins through the next one (if we even try to replace it) - kinda like a little porcupine - and won't the culprit get a fun surprise as they wrench the topper off in the dark???

I know how you feel. Last trip we came back and someone stole my WDW magnet - the one with all the characters on it- off the back of our car in the airport long term parking lot. I was so mad! It is a resident lot so you need a permit to even park there. I mena could they have not just bought one themselves?!

Doesn't something like that just burn you up!!!! I wanted one this past summer when we went to WDW but I knew it would get stolen. I had someong go into my car (while it was sitting in my driveway less than 2 feet from the house and a window) and take my pink bulldog hat. That's all they took. So I figured it was a teenager. I'm still looking for a teenager wearing a pink bulldog hat, if I find them . . ..?

I've had more antenna toppers stolen than I can count, all of them Disney! I haven't been able to replace my sorcerer Mickey, but I keep a few extra of the standard Mickey ones for when(not if) I need to replace one. My sorcerer Mickey topper was stolen in the parking lot of Magic Kingdom two years ago! I've also had my Disney tag(from the front of your car) stolen, which required a screw driver, and the mother of all thefts...someone stole my Mickey-head hitch cover off the back of my Suburban! But, thank goodness, I've never had the car stolen!

I am sure you can order another topper through WDW merchandising...you may want to order two.
