help me pick a place OKw vs SSR vs CCV vs BWV ???!!!???!

Thinking about a quick trip for my birthday in april. we usually stay at GFV bc we own DVC there. got special offer for 1 br at OKW or SS vs studio villa at copper creek or boardwalk villas. Which room would you guys pick ? price about the same. Im thinking the 1 br bc more room but know nothing about OKW or SS. Ive always wanted to stay at wilderness lodge tho...... Thoughts ??? Just me, hubby 8 yo son.

I know lots would pick OKW...BUT I really like WL area, and would pick CC.

If you think you will use the kitchen, it would be a harder decision, even for me....but still.

OKW does not have elevators in any but three buildings. That’s a big problem for me.

I like OKW and SSR. The 1 bd will be nice due to the extra space. If you want to go Disney Springs, you can take the boat from OKW and SSR.

It is fun to have that kind of dilemma.

As much as I love my home resort (see signature line), it would be hard to argue against a 1BR at any other resort. The space, kitchen, in-room washer/dryer, and ability to have your child sleep in his own bed while you and your husband are nearby but in your own room would be too hard for me to pass.

Even though I love the WL area, if I had a child with me, I would pick the 1-BR every time. Between OKW and SSR, OKW wins out for me every time.

I would pick CCV just because I haven't stayed there yet. I would I would do Boardwalk if you going to Epcot or DS.
Either OKW or SSR if you are not doing any park days and want easy access to Disney Springs.

I would definitely pick a one bedroom, and although I love OKW (it's our home), in this case I'd probably go with SSR. The pools there are better for kids, and there's more selection in the food court.

Hard choice. I’m going against the grain here—

It it’s a quick trip, less than 3 or even 4 days, and it’s for your bday (celebrate), then studio at bwv.

Walk out the door, boardwalk fun right outside, Epcot at night for drinks, and your 8yr old is likely more Epcot/Hollywood/ak oriented vs mk.

Then again, bday celebration with alone time/more room with hubby makes the choice difficult. The issue is the 1bd is a pull out couch which isn’t the most comfy, but that’s also the issue in a studio...

I feel very similarly to suebeelin. I would tend to go for the BWV studio because it's a lot of fun to be able to walk to Ep/HS, and have the Boardwalk restaurants and entertainment right there. But if having a separate sleeping area/alone time is important, than I'd go with one of the 1-BRs. I've never stayed at either SSR or OKW so I can't weigh in on which one is better.
