Help me catch a thief!

Is your townhouse separate or next to others? We lived in a townhouse in an apartment complex when we first moved to town. We had a problem with a cat coming into the apt. We got to looking around and found a small crawl space in the basement under the stairs that led into the apartment next to ours. You might want to look in the basement and attic if you have them to see if there are any openings.

I would keep a very close eye on your daughter. If this is happening during school hours then one of her friends is skipping and using your house as a hide out. Are you sure your daughter doesn't leave the window unhatched so the snooper can camp out? I'm willing to bet your daughter knows exactly who it is and helps them to get in. Have you called your daughter's school to see if she had any absenses that you can't account for... excused or not?

When I was a teenager I used to hide out in my parents moterhome when I skipped... sometimes would let other kids set up camp in there too.

Not to push the issue... but you might thinking about doing random checks in your daughter's room at night. If she has friends that are into porn channels then you can not be too careful.

My daughter is in a very small private school - 17 HS students. If she is missing they will call me in a moment. She is also in an upstairs BR so it's a little hard to sneak a friend in.
I believe it's one of two kids in the neighborhood. Neither of which my daughter would think twice about that way. Thanks for your concern and input. It good to see how the teen girl mind works though! LOL! Gee I remember visiting a girl in a moterhome when I was a kid

We started taping just to hear the feedback, the channels through the agents were very slow. Then we had a 2nd showing. It was a single man looking at the house. He brought 6 pople with him to see the house, I don't know who they were, it just looked like a bunch of friends.
It was a 1200 sq. ft. house 3 bed 2 bath. What disturbed me the most is the agent stayed in the kitchen the whole 1/2 hour they were there. I'm sorry but there's not much to look at in a 1200 sq. ft. house. One person was in the garage, another 2 went into the mbr, the other 3 were in the front brms. It just bothered me, isn't the agent supposed to stay with you??? I know ours always did. Anyway, from that point on we taped everyone. I don't look forward to moving again anytime soon.
