Help logging on to DVC member site

Got the postcard with the pin today. Went to log in and put in account number and pin. It was asking me for a Vacation Club ID that come with my closing documents. I looked at the paperwork from the closing company and can't find it anywhere. Any idea what number this is? I hate to call MS for a simple question but have looked at all the closing paperwork. Thanks

If it doesn't work or you can't find it, you should call ms. They will help you out. It is not a minor thing to be able to use the member site. Lots of information and other news there. I also remember that I got 2 seperate postcards, 1 for id # and one for the pin #. Did you get 2 cards?

We received two cards also. I think their system automatically assigns a random ID and pin that you can use the 1st time. Then once you're on you can change them to a Username and Password that you prefer.

Your second postcard might still be in the mail. You can call MS and they might verify it takes two cards. I doubt they can give you the ID number as that would kind of defeat the security they're using to set up ID's in the first place.

I bought resale and there was no Vacation Club ID in any of my paperwork. I called MS and they asked me several questions to confirm my identity and then gave me my Vacation Club ID over the phone. I never did receive it in the mail.

Give MS a call. Maybe it was just a fluke that I only received the PIN in the mail and not the Vacation Club ID but I seem to remember other people who also bought resale that reported they had this same problem.

I will call during the week. I just thought that I should have been looking somewhere else for the number. I used my acount number with the pin #. I only recieved one postcard so far so maybe I still am missing the other card with another #

How long did it take for you to get your pin once you bought? I have been waiting for mine and it has not shown up yet. The package said I should recieve it a few days after receiving what I did, but that was two weeks ago. just thought I would ask.

I got my club id with closing papers and pin came today when I went to sign it it kept coming up invaid club # I called and a lady said she would have to email somebody that would emaiul it and send me an email in the next coupe days. the club number I got has a decimal point and the wen page has a -, maybe that is my problm but anyway we got two cards today with 2 difernet pins one for each nameon contract it said. I was so looking forward to viewing those pages tonight.

Since the toll free number to MS is supported by Member dues, we do not allow it to be posted here on a this public forum.

Disney World itself does not have toll free numbers, and in the past the general public has tried to use the MS toll free number for their regular WDW reservations.

I just joined DVC and bought at the Boardwalk and was told I could call in 10 days to see if I am in the system so I can book my stay. I'm just not sure where to get the number to call. Do I call the regular Disney phone number and ask them if I am in the sytem yet?
