Heart Condition....

Hi all

I just wanted to get your quick advise on rides... Im taking my mom who happens to have a heart condition.. Now I do know I wont risk her heath on rides like Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, TOT, and RnRc..
Now Ive been on Test Track and Really I found it not to be a big deal at all. So I think she could handle this ride. Any other rides can you all think of that I should make her stay away from? Thanks all...

All of the rides will have warnings posted if they are unwise for people with heart (or other) problems.

Are you asking about rides that are "scary" to avoid or rides that are bumpy? My mother has heart trouble and TOT is fine for her but her back wouldn't take the jerkiness of Kilimanjaro Safari, or RNR.

As Katholyn posted, the rides that would be a probelm do have warnings posted. They are marked on the park maps with a red triangle icon. There is also a sign when you enter the queue and another before boarding.
A lot depends on what sort of problems she might have and what might startle or scare her. I definately would not take someone with a heart problem on Dinosaur because it is bumpy, dark and has a lot of dinos jumping out at you. I probably would not suggest TOT because of the scare factor and also the drop might cause some blood pressure changes. The roller coasters might be a problem because of the sudden position changes, even if they are not scary. Test Track doesn't really have anything you would not experience at some time in the real world (although I would probably prepare her for the antilock brakes tests and the semi coming at you out of the dark).
