One more important thing.....when you feel your stomach growling, know you are burning calories and probably fat. Have to embrace that little hunger feeling. I noticed when I was hungry & would eat and follow my points, I wouldn't feel super full....it felt like I was just on the edge of comfortable/hungry.
Fishy&2guppies~ Wow 45 since oct!! I can do this too![]()
Thanks for all the advice and support! I would like to feel halfway decent this summer.
Ok hitting it hard tomorrow once again
Dawn![]()

I didn't look at your video yet - I saw some Gymbo shoe talk.....I haven't had luck with Gymbo or GAP shoes. They rub wrong and break quick....I saw you bought some HM stuff!!! I didn't go to Walmart...I will tomorrow maybe. Just kind of too much going on and now DH is working LATE so I am on my own here sneaking DIS time whenver I can

You can do it!I am gonna hit it hard tomorrow with ya.
I have been a bit of a slacker. I need to get moving on it seriously again. Once I find the rhythm it comes naturally. You'll see that happen for yourself.
Fishy2guppies- that is awesome! How much do you want to lost total?? I did the 50 for my 40th and I felt really good at that & didn't really have a goal, but that was almost 2 yrs ago and I have slacked off and on too much.....I need to lose 20 at this point.
I pace myself. Here's what I do....for bfast I drink either a couple cups of green tea w/splenda or coffee w/ff coffeemate and splenda, and I actually count my frosted miniwheats. I eat 30...I know the "serving" is 24, but 30 hold me over for hours. It is 3+ pts. Then for lunch I try and stay within 7 points (so total of 10 about noon) then a 2 or 3 point snack about 3pm. If I can be at 12 or 13 at dinner time I am home free. It is just making it to midday. I love that I can cook for my whole family and eat what they eat....I always do lean meat or chicken/turkey and I cook low fat and lots of veggies, whole wheat everything, too....I always look at the fat/fiber/calories when I am buying something new. If I am cooking something that isn't perfect for WW I just watch my portion. I know what to do - it worked like a charm - I just have to get back on the wagon!! Once I can walk daily I will be set. I also found that exercising too hard makes me too hungry.Everything in moderation works best for me. Also, the WW treats you can buy are really good. Actually the WW anything you can buy is good IMO. The treats are 1 to 3 points and hit the spot for a needed sweet fix.
Drink lots of water, too. It's a great filler. Also I am a diet coke junkie. I love that stuff.....kinda bad, but I do.

I have been kind of half a**ed doing it, but now all this talk has motivated me a little....I am going to try harder tomorrow. Tomorrow is another day!
Thanks for all the kind words about my shrinking. The only bad part is the skin is a bit like ...well a couple of sizes too big for me now![]()
I have been researching plastics but OWWIEEEEEE i am a total wimp and that is some painful surgery!!!! There is a lady doc in New Orleans that does some great work and specializes in WLS patients but ...well I am just chicken![]()
My chest looks like ...well take a sock and put a few rocks in the sock and well thats what I have for a chest now... I roll those bad boys up and stuff them in VERY good bras![]()
The tummy thing bothers me more than anything ... I want the full band TT... I had many friends get it after weight loss and I know how much it hurts... it looks FAB after it heals... but it takes 6 months for it to completely healOne of these days I will get the nerve to go in and get it done
<---- this from a girl who has 1/2 a tattoo from a college spring break fiasco ... it hurt so bad I wouldnt let the guy finish so I have 1/2 a tattoo on my back![]()

I have tried every diet under the sun it seems like, and never had much success. I sat down with my doctor because I am so confused on which type of approach to take. You can do low fat, or no carbs, or eat 6 small meals a day or don't eat after a certain time at night, etc. The doctor said each person is different so each diet will work differently for each person. She asked me a lot of questions and she thought the WW point plan would work best for me.
But now that I have hit this stopping point I got really frustrated, and I had to go see the doctor for a cold, so we talked again. She said this is really common that you hit a stopping point, she said I could either lower my calorie intake and count that along with points, or I could switch to the WW core plan for 3 months just to jump start my system again. She said your body becomes used to your exercise and diet, so then everything just kind of stops. So I am going to switch to the core plan for awhile and switch up my exercise and try something new. I just dread the core plan because of the no carbs, so I might not be on it all that long before I have to switch back to points.
I am a 34DD so I feel your pain... the perkyness has all gone southYour WL pictures are AMAZING! What an inspiration you are! I hear you about the surgery... I so want a reduction -- I'm 36 DD, and it's so hard for me to wear dresses, swimsuits etc., plus my back hurts a lot, but I'm too chicken to do it.
This is always a worry for me! So far so good but I am super careful about the junk they eat! My DH is super thin and eats like a horse so I hope they take after him!I watch my kids like a hawk, I know that fat gene is in them.
Reductions are cool but I need complete reconstruction... without any support I look like one of those gals in National GeographicI had a reduction in high school and it was one of the best things I ever did.
