That is awesome Ellen did that!!! I used to love her show, but now I don't even know what time it comes on.:guilty: I need to find out.:thumbsup2

Ok, what is up with people booking their 2010 WDW trips now? Or even 2009? I just don't get that EARLY booking thing. Why would somebody want to do it that far in advance?:confused3 :confused3

Did anybody hear from Werfamily?? I wonder how their trip went.

I havent seen the Wers at all. At the rate itss going everyone gonn ahave to book that wearly just to pay it off. LOL

i like brooke, the girlw ho sang your so vain, i also like the little girl ramiele i think or something? and kristy lee cook, the tomboy is good too.

of the boys, david is AMAZING, the 17 yo. i LOVE HIM!!! he has the best voice.

i have a feeling rocker nurse is going home. she did awful

LOL...You're probably right about the kelly....I saw somebody post about some huge price increase for Feb 2009! WTH???? I didn't even think those rates would be out yet.:confused3

I GOT MY REFUND FOR THE HIDEOUS EEYORE SKIRT!!!! Whoohoooo! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

David must be the young kid that sang "Let it Be"??? I think the Australian guy is good and he's a cutie. Ya, the rocking nurse did pretty bad. I wonder why nobody is helping these kids with their song choices.....they have vocal coaches etc. so you'd think they'd have some advice for them. It seemed many had bad songs this week.

Hope you feel better soon, Kelly. :goodvibes

Marci, we are spending Easter (which is our Spring Break in SA for 4 days. DD and I am going with some other moms and kids. We are staying at the Hotel Contessa. I didn't pick it, another mom did, but it looks nice. I have terribly oily skin, and use BM. Put the mineral veil on before your foundation and after. And use it generously. They do make oil-blotting papers too. BM stays in place for me better than any other brand I have tried.

I watch American Idol and Lost. I do not LOVE any of the girls this season. If I had to pick two, I would pick the Carly Simon girl and the nurse.
I can't wait for tonight's Lost episode.
Brooke, that is why I don't watch Jericho. I can barely keep up with Lost. :lmao:
I will have to watch Gone Baby Gone. I lived in Boston for four years.
I heard the Waitress is good and I love Keri Russell from her "Felicity" days!

I was out this morning and I missed 5 pages of chat. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
I purchased two swimsuits at Target this morning as backups. One green seersucker Isaac Mizrahi won and another printed one that reminds of a Lilly print. They have very little support, but they are halters and I just tie the neck up as tight as it goes! :rotfl: Who cares if I cut off my circulation ... Oh, the woes of swimsuit shopping ...

DD has chosen Thing 2 as her Dr. Seuss costume. She said she can't be Sam I Am because he is a boy, and she doesn't know what a Sneetch is. She has a red shirt/skirt and I am making a stretchy headband with blue netting (tulle) attached to it. I can't find a blue wig on short notice, but I think the headpiece will come out cute ... If not, DD will surely let me know. ;)

Have a great day, everyone.
- Andrea

I don't get the early booking either, but it makes me feel pressure to book earlier and earlier.
On a related Disney note, we were planning to take a big extended family ABD trip this summer to London/Paris, and we can't because every week in the summer is not available for our party size. Everyone is bummed about it. So we are planning to book in Aug for June '09. :scared1:

I was wondering about werfamily's trip too.

Yikes - I just made our June ressie last month! I don't know how people plan so far ahead!:confused3

And I haven't booked our December girls trip yet - I guess I better get on it!

Channing -- I first started trying to book our Dec. 08 RPC stay in August of 07, and couldn't get from 12/31 - January 4th. And I still can't get 12/31! 17 months ahead and already booked... I thought I was booking early enough but apparently not.

Andrea -- thanks for the info on BM. I hope you have fun in San Antonio -- we always look forward to our trips. Are you guys taking in Sea World?

OK, I am guilty of early booking!! :rotfl: We booked this December's trip last September. We had been back from the GF for a couple of weeks and were really missing it. DH gave the green light to stay there again instead of CR so I booked it before he could change his mind!!

I have an idea of when we would like to go in 2009 (and 2010 for that matter :goodvibes ) but I won't be booking it any time soon...

Andrea, I love halter swim suit tops! My "girls" aren't the biggest (as we established earlier I believe ;) ) so they give me some cleavage I wouldn't normally have! :rotfl2: Also, remember to post picks of the costume!! :thumbsup2

Kelly, are you staying at the GF this trip or the Poly? I think I have lost track again...

Kristin

We have never stayed at the WL before... have a great trip!!!!

I forgot to mention that I tried my Well Rested today for the first time. I really like it... it is a lot "thinner" than bisque so goes on nice around the eyes... thanks for the tip girls!!

Great to know you like the well rested :thumbsup2

As to the booking early ... we do this but only because of DH's job. He has to schedule his leave way in advance. Right now we are looking at going to St Croix in 2010. We started researching where we want to stay and what we want to do. We haven't booked it yet but will most likely book it as soon as Savannah and I get back from the GF in june.

We also have to start saving in June for this trip... staying on the islands is anything BUT cheap :lmao:

Sorry I was MIA today... had to get some stuff done around the house... where is that maid when you need her :rotfl2: oh wait... I AM THE MAID AROUND HERE :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
Had to run a few errands... general wonderful mom stuff like that.
Savannah came home today crying because ALL THE OTHER GIRLS in her class are wearing bras and she doesn't have a bra
SHE IS IN THE FLIPPING 1ST GRADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :sad2:
I wanted to tell her ... you need something to fill the bra before you get one :rotfl: :rotfl: but I didn't want to bust her poor little ego. Do they even make bras for 6 year olds :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :confused3
I can't wait until Daddy hears this princess complaint :rotfl2: its going to get GOOD around here at about 5pm.... I should video tape his face when she cries to her daddy because she is the ONLY little girl who doesn't wear a bra :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Oh My ... 6 yo are wearing bras now?!?!?!?!?! That is absurd. That just adds to my sadness that children grow up too fast. I mean, there is no reason, even for modesty's sake that a 1st grader needs to wear any kind of bra.

But I feel bad for Savannah because we all know how peer pressure feels ... but at 6?!?!?!?! Goodness.

Oh....a bra at 6 yrs old....that is just gross. Tell her she needs to appreciate the years that she doesn't need one!:rotfl:

Jojo is 8 and nobody is wearing bras in her class.....are we behind the times here in the Midwest? :rotfl: I know it often happens.

I thought down here in the South we are supposed to be behind. :lmao:
But there is a joke about Southern women maturing faster ... due to the heat!
Not in my case. I didn't wear a bra 'til 7th grade. And I didn't need one then! My how things have changed!

I am watching Survivor and then lost. Where is everyone?
As for Bras I was wearing one early. I had a huge "chest" by the time I was a junoir in high school I was well it was ridiculous and I had a reduction that summer.

A bra? At 6? I don't need one now and I'm 25 :rotfl: ! I feel bad for her though. Kids can be so mean about stuff like that.

Right now we are having fun booking for Jan. 2009. I am trying to get a good guest count for our wedding and our guests are less than helpful and angry because they won't guarantee rates yet. They want to wait until they can book online. One saw the thing about the credit card scam and Disney and now BFs whole family thinks that Disney will steal your card info if you book over the phone

Whatever. Don't go then.
