Hauser or Hausernet

Has anyone heard of Hauser/Hausernet? From I can see they do something with package tracking?? Is this a program that you can join? Do they pay? Does anyone have a sign up link?

I do this.

When you get their mail you just input the information on their website and they pay you approximately .25 per piece inputted.

I just got a check from them for last month for $3.75. But there are months I have gotten over $10.00.

I just printed out an application also. Just curious if you feel uncomfortable sending in your SS#? Nothing against the reporting of income tax, just hoping they are reputable enough ( you know, that I.D. theft)

I was just thinking the same thing. Boy, this is a tough one. I have the application, but have to think about it. Starwood, you have been with them for a while. Did this bother you?

I thought one only had to pay income tax if the income was over a certain amount (maybe 600.00??).


Has anyone else who does these reward type programs run into any problems with giving you ss#.

I honestly don't remember giving them my SS but I think I faxed them the info so I knew it wouldn't fall into the wrong hands. I think they only send it to IRS if you make over $600 (which you won't). I didn't get anything from them last year.

As far as vacation, I e-mailed and asked them before we went away. They said, if you can, have the person picking up your mail sort it by days. If not she said I should just guess as to when it came in. Since we weren't gone more than 10 days I estimated as to when I thought we got it.

I signed up for this about 1 year ago and have only had about 15 pieces of mail so far. It took forever to get the first mail and I almost forgot about it. I sure hope that it picks up soon. It is really easy to do.
