Still waiting for my snow here in southern Nh. Went food shopping here earlier, my NORMAL shopping day btw, and the store was FULL of people!! You would think these people were going to be snowbound to their homes for a week!! They were all in my way!!

It's falling nicely in Montgomery County, MD. I have dinner plans tonight with a friend who came in to Baltimore from NY. I am not cancelling. I will drive up to Baltimore tonight about 7:30 or so. Wish me luck.

I bet you got where you were going fine--getting home is the tricky part. I was out at 6:45, also in Montgomery County returning from urgent care with my 6yo. The roads were becoming snow covered, but were not slippery at all. My DH went to get our son's meds and got home at 7:15 and the roads were still fine. Hopefully the roads are being treated and won't be icy for you. Where in Mont Co are you? We're in Montgomery Village.

We are in Southwestern CT and it started at about 8PM. Really just flurries right now...nothing heavy.

Coming down hard, just started for real about an hour ago. Its sticking to the grass, and starting to stick to the roads. They say the worst is to come after dark, so it will be interesting to see what we wake up to! They're calling for over a foot! Our poor new neighbors across the street just moved in yesterday from California!

Hey neighbor! My mom's in Middletown.. hunkered down!

It's coming down steadily.. about 2'' on the ground, just starting to stick to the streets in Newark/Christiana.

I just got back from taking my DS18 over to his girlfriend's house (his dad was going to go back over and pick him back up), I didn't want my son to drive. As I was driving over there I realized how bad the roads were, I was only going about 35 mph on I95. When we got close to her house, I told him that this was crazy and I didn't want his dad coming back out a couple hours from now when it will certainly be worse! But his girlfriend called back and said that her parents said DS could just spend the night... what can I say, young love

My DS15 is on his way home from a youth group ski trip near Deep Creek Lake, he just called and said they wouldn't be home till about 10:00. I just want everyone in a safe place !

I live in Balto. County, DS's girlfriend is near Laurel, MD.... it's getting pretty bad out there.
