Princess Predictions for 2027

So I know I am jumping WAY ahead here but please feel free to join me in this senseless activity of trying to predict the Princess line up for 2027...because why not?

In full disclosure, I am just looking for Jasmine (per usual). What are the odds that she might headline the half for 2027? This is what chatGpT told me about the history below (which I assume is correct)....so I am thinking there might be chance. Or maybe Ariel?

2027 will be the 35th anniversary of Aladdin, so there's a good chance Jasmine could be one of the themes.

We may also get some hints when the weekend logo comes out. They used a distinct combination of fonts and colors that led us all to speculate on this year's themes, and more than a few of our guesses were correct.

I would very much like to take a year off from running a marathon next year, and Princess coincides nicely with my spring break again in 2027, so I'm very interested. No predictions but given that I have two Tiana medals already, a Belle, a Mulan, and a Moana, I'm hoping for different princesses than those. Just for selfish reasons. Personally I'd love to go back to the old style with the jewel that didn't have all the paint, but I think that ship has sailed.

I know next year is the 90th anniversary for Snow White and the 35th anniversary for Aladdin. Based on that, my guess is those two would be the 10k and half. I’m doing MW already, and since Snow White and Jasmine were part of Princess last year, I wouldn’t be interested.

Ohhhh it's also the 30th anniversary of Hercules. COULD I GET A MEGARA RACE?!?! (Yes I know she's not technically a princess but I do NOT care!)

Edit to add that 2027 is the 15th anniversary of Brave, but they're using Merida this year, so it's really difficult to predict. Anniversaries don't always mean something. That said, if they did Merida AND Megara at the same race weekend my heart might just explode with excitement!

Technically, Megara is a princess, daughter of the King of Thebes (and therefore, cousin of Oedipus, so well done to the Disney writers who added that Easter egg into the movie)

I really want a “not an official Disney princess” weekend where they use characters like Meg and Leia.

Frozen 3 is supposed to come out November 2027, so maybe Anna or Elsa if they are trying to build some hype. Although princess weekend may be to early in the year for any effective cross promotion.
