Anybody besides me having trouble accessing the passholder section at Disney Online? For over a week it's refused to let me in. I've emailed them several times but get a different answer each time. Any other PAP or AP holder being shunned by Mickey? :badpc:
 
Me too!! I've been trying for about a week and can't get in.
 
This is what they emailed me yesterday:

"The area that maintains our website is aware of the problem, and is currently working to resolve the error. Until it is resolved, please contact the Walt Disney Travel Company - a division of Disney reservations at 407 828-8101 daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm Eastern Standard Time. They will be happy to assist you."

Since access to the passholder page is part of my AP benefit, the least they could do is give me a toll-free number.
 
I disagree. I would rather they give me a discount than a toll free number. With great information on the Internet I don't have to call them usually.

Agreed. I meant a toll-free number until they get the website fixed, and I hope that's soon. You're right though, for information, Disney Travel Company is a poor substitute for the internet.

I have a strong suspicion that they'll give me neither the toll-free number, the discount, or return my access to the passholder page any time soon.
