Has anyone used Kingdom Strollers?

I am also looking to rent a stroller and decided upon Kingdom Strollers. Just got off the phone with Matt and he is AWESOME! Very nice and answered all of my questions. I was debating between Orlando Strollers and Kingdom Strollers, but decided to go with Kingdom. Nice perks: free rain cover and free parent console. Price is about the same. I will also post a review after our trip.

I just made our reservation online with Kingdom Strollers. I have a 1 yr. old and a tall (44") 5 yr. old so it seems the City Elite would be a good fit.

Just got back from our trip and wanted to post that Kingdom Strollers is a great company to use. Our stroller was sitting at the bell service ready to go in the morning. I like that they delivered by 9am (ours arrived much earlier) so we were able to get an early start to the morning at the parks. The parent console and rain cover (it was available for our use) were free. Matt, the customer service person (possibly owner ?), was always available via online message, text and phone. Also, I wanted to note that the strollers come with a nice bright orange sign with your name on it. It helped us identify our stroller quickly and easily. I did notice some other Kingdom Stroller users throughout the park.
The City Elite worked perfectly for us. I saw some older kids (4 or 5) squished in a City Mini. So when in doubt opt for the City Elite!!

We recently used Kingdom Strollers for a trip in Nov with the City Elite. I was extremely pleased with the customer service. Our stroller was waiting in bell services when we arrived. It was very clean. It included the rain cover and parent console. I like the fact that the large orange sign had a Velcro attachment so we could remove it in the parks. We don't like people knowing our children's last names. We made all our reservations online and had absolutely no problems whatsoever. The price was very competitive. I would highly recommend Kingdom Strollers with no reservations.

We used Kingdom Strollers this past week and this was our 2nd time using them. I also don't like using our last name so we used "Rob in the Hood" on our tag. Matt emailed me like two minutes after making the reservation saying he was laughing at our tag but loved it. We didn't ask for a rain cover but when we got our stroller there was a rain cover included with note saying it looked like it might rain and thought we could use it. That is totally wicked customer service right there. It is possibly the best investment in vacation that we could have made and we were extremely happy with our Bob Duallie. We are heading back in Jan for the 5k ( my wife is a runner, I'm a "That's what they invented cars for" kind of person) and she is taking our daughter with her. She is renting the Bob single since it seems like a better stroller to run with.

Love Kingdom Strollers! Matt is friendly, personable, and very quick! We hadn't planned on renting a stroller for our vacation since we just drive up. However, at the literal last minute, we realized our new luggage did not fit in the car like we had planned and so it had to go in the trunk. Out went the stroller, lol! Frantically searched the DisBoards and online and found Kingdom strollers.

Very pleased with the service and very happy with the stroller we got. Would highly recommend.

We used them on our most recent trip. Our youngest wanted to be a "big girl" and walk on this trip. After the first day I knew that wasn't going to work AT ALL! I checked every stroller place. All out! Of course this was the Thursday night before Thanksgiving week and we needed it delivered the next morning and wanted to keep it through the day after Thanksgiving.

I called them to save time and they were VERY helpful on the phone. They didn't have the model I wanted, and he explained to me the difference (it had to to with the height of the sun shade, not the length of the stroller. I ordered it at 8:45 Thursday night, they delivered it first thing Friday morning (along with a case of bottled water for $9.00 which isn't bad for a case delivered).

The only complaint I have is that they have a free raincover, but apparently you have to ask for it, because we didn't get one. I wish I would have known that. But regardless, I would use them again, especially because they came through for me in a pinch and didn't charge extra for last minute/holiday week reservations.
