Hardwood or laminate flooring, help me decide please!

I would do hardwood. I had laminate in my old house and hardwood in my new one, and I thought the laminate showed footprints much more, not to mention the wood is so much prettier. The deciding factor for me would be the resell value, and real hardwood floors will definitely win over laminate when trying to sell your house for top dollar. Of course, I am also someone who always always prefers something made from natural materials versus something manmade.
