i was going to get Dh satellite radio for christmas now that he will have such a long drive to work and all but now you are making think twice....
Ken, we have a disney store about twenty minutes from us...We should meet halfway one day for lunch or something before the cruise...What is half way do you think??

See the post from the person on the cruise>>Not nice at all...We will get them back next year...The twins want some doll called amazing amanda she is a hundred dollars and I am afraid that they willnever play with her.....she cries, etc.....i really need to get thinking and get going on the gifts...I already did the christmas card thing so I just need to get them printed....
We got myparents tickets to the christmas show in new york city and they are going around thanksgiving and since we have not spoken to my MIL in over six months we will not be getting her anything at all.....If you ever want a good MIL story I have got a few of them...Basically last winter when i was sick she was not even concerened about me...told the family I was doing this to get attention, etc...did not believe Dh when he called and told her I had emergency surgery while I was wide awake and was now on life support to be able to breath...said oh that is nice I am leaving for hawaii for a month....never called me since it was a toll call and never came to see me in the hospital since I am not "family." She is crazy so Dh has had it and says he will not talk to her....They are divorced his mom and dad..FYI

Well I guess it is one less gift to buy...
Ok got to run and make supper...I love checking email everyday and seeing messages from the two of you...can not wait to meet you,,,,

So what's up with people not taking your illness seriously? That's crazy! How would your mil have felt about the situation if you had not recovered? She would have had to live with that! And doesn't it bother her that she isn't seeing her beautiful grandaughters? How sad! I guess every family has its' "nutcrackers"....I know we do too!

I was reading the *LIVE* threads today.....it's fun to hear about what is going on on the boat.....BUT I'm also a little scared about getting seasick, and I read about a lot of people getting it bad on this cruise. My dd gets carsick a lot, and my dh was very seasick when we travelled to cape cod and went whale watching. Wouldn't it be horrible to spend all of that money and spend the whole time, or at least a good portion of it sick?

Oh my gosh you are scaring me with the mani and the pedi's times two...they already love nail polish on themsleves and they love bath and body works sparkle gel, bath gel, etc.. I am in trouble..Sounds like she is going to have a great party..Last year I gave out dress up shoes and necklaces bracletes and crowns to all of the girls at the party each kids got a ten dollar plus gift..It does get pricey..

Oh I think MIL did not care if I recoverd...the kicker of it all is that she will leave Dh a message at work since he has caller id he will not take her calls..but she is tooo dumb to figure that out I guess...and ask how he is but never asks about the twins...does not care..At our baby shower she told my mom that these girls were really more for her and my dad than her since all of her grand kids are grown and she has already done the baby thing..when I ended up yelling at her while I was sick she accused me of being addicted to the pain pills and told me that she had told Bruce not to marry me since I did not have a job then I was "free loading" off of him and I am doing it now by not working...Hello must I clue her in I am home raising twins...Did she forget that I have a masters degree...I could get a job...DUH!!!!!!!!!Ok enough about her I could go on and on about her...Every family has one and we happen to have it be our MIL...Oh well what can you do????

I know I am hoping that I can get the medicine for us to take while on the cruise.. I would be sooooo upset if I got sick or worst yet the kids...Last year my dad was so sick on their cruise that my mom said she has never seen any one so violently ill ever...He finally took the pills the dr. had sent with him and was better....
I am going to look now at the live thread and see how everyone is doing today...

Aren't they awesome! I saw the same thing on the Today show. I actually saw a real one at the mall about 2 months ago. Then I googled them and they are so cute. I haven't seen a full grown puggle yet. We were thinking of maybe getting one.

The World Trade Center in Boston is having a huge Christmas craft/trade show. Craig and I are headed in now. Can you beleive it's 71 degrees here? We'll probably have snow next week!! Crazy New England weather.

Cruise was great..Castaway has hurricane damage, but I think by next October, everything will be fine..I booked a SPH room 5520..I have seen the view from the porthole and now I am really excited!!!

Sunday was rough...I was sure it was going to be the Posidion Adventure, but it was much better by dinner Sunday night

SPH - Secret porthole room...Pay for a Cat 10, get a porthole with a obstructed view...I am excited because I found a picture of the view and it only has a small pole in front of the window...totally open window!!!!
