Guest Relations at TTC

Can anyone help me to find out when the Guest Relations is open at the TTC? I will be arriving at BLT around check in (4pm). I need to buy my TIW card and I am hoping I can pick it up before my dinner reservation at the Poly around 6pm.

I would greatly appreciate any help you could provide!! Thanks!

Every Park entrance (including TTC and IG) will have at least one Ticket and one Guest Relations Window open at least 30 minutes prior to the first Guest being allowed into the Park. And this takes into consideration both pre-opening dining reservations as well as Morning EMH.

Each location Guest Relations Window will remain open as long as there are Guests in the Park.

This is true, but I believe they close the ticket windows and guest relations after the morning rush... Guest relations outside the MK stays open until after the park has closed. I think that by 6PM you may need to go to the MK rather than TTC, but that should be no problem.
