Is anyone else getting an unknown error message when trying to log in?

I keep hoping they will add something my family can use... but now I can't even log in.

I stopped collecting because of the site problems and once I lost all my coke rewards because I let it slip at Christmas time without entering some new codes.

And the new website is soooo slow!!! I prefer the old one much better.

The new website has way too many bells and whistles. It's probably great for someone who bought their computer last week, but those of us who are still trudging along with older ones are out of luck.

I also lost my points b/c I hadn't participated recently enough. I'm now back up to around 100 and will find something to use them on -- after all, the price is right!

Thanks for the replies, everyone.... and I agree that the "new" site and the "new" rewards are very disappointing. I don't have an hour each time I log on!

I agree the new website is VERY slow. The older one was so much faster. Thats what happens when websites get a whole new look and has more stuff on there then before. They go slower because its taking more memory to run the website page. My computer isnt that old, just got it a year ago and have 3G of ram and yeah, the website is slow.

I purchased my computer last year, and I find the new site to move much faster than the old one. Now, if they would only add rewards that I actually wanted, I'd be set!

Grrrrrrrr I was having the same problem- now the site won't load at all. I find the new site hard to browse too. I ordered the "free" Six Flags tickets but ended up having to enter a cc# for the shipping- to my printer. How do you charge shipping to send something to my printer. Grrrrrrr.

I had been saving my points since they ran out of Delta awards on the old program. I just checked off all the rewards I've claimed for all six of our family members since the new one started and we got a total of 25,000 miles (enough for a free ticket if it had all been on one account).

I entered enough points for each kid to get the 500 miles because they don't fly often and this extends their membership out for another year. My son just needed 1000 miles to go over the free ticket point on his account.

I feel much better about all those codes I've typed in now. Hope the Delta awards stay around longer this time!
