Hi, is it possible to fit all of the above into one excursion? Or even to do them all within the small time frame at the Grand Cayman Port?

The most I have found was StingRay ity, Turtle Farm, Hell & I think Rum Point was included, or maybe it was Seven Mile Beach.

The most I have found was StingRay ity, Turtle Farm, Hell & I think Rum Point was included, or maybe it was Seven Mile Beach.

We did the Island Tour & Snorkeling with Stingrays excursion through DCL in June and didn't have much extra time. From what I remember, we were on one of the first tenders of the day and only had about 45 minutes left before the on-board time when we returned to the pier. I wanted to go shopping at a bit but was concerned it was close enough to the time the ship was leaving and decided just to get on the tender and go back.

Given the opportunity to do it again, I'd definitely spend as much time at Stingray City as possible. The rays were amazing and it didn't require any snorkeling--the water was only chest high on most of the sandbars. Hell was a, been there, seen it, took a picture, kind of place. The turtle farm was neat to look at, but didn't take very long to go through.

You would need to book an excursion for stingray city and the starfish (you can book your own, not through DCL). The turtle farm is something you could take a taxi to, same with the beach. Being able to do it all would be dependent on the excursion time/length and how much time you want to spend in each location.

I would recommend picking what you want to do most. We have been to Grand Cayman twice. Both times we booked excursions with Native Way. The 1st time we did the island tour and sting ray city. The tour included, hell (not worth the time in my opinion), turtle farm, rum cake factory, then we went to the marina to take a boat to sting ray city. Our 2nd time was a snorkel only excursion, Starfish, stingrays and coral garden.

Trying to do all that you list would not each the time needed to do well.

Thank you for the responses. I am pretty sure we will book with someone other than DCL.
My kids really like the sealife, so I think StingRay City & Turtle Farm would be our top 2 choices. StingRay City for sure.

It sounds like you are taking the basic island tour that we did thru Captain Marvin and adding Stingray City....we've also done the 1/2 day snorkel and Stingray City, but that was a different trip.

They may be willing to arrange a customized tour for you depending on how many of you there are. For us, the island tour was $30 and included admission to the turtle farm. It also went to Hell, 7 Mile Beach (quick stop), and a rum place as well as a quick stop at the governor's mansion. Our guide was SUPER and caught an iguana for the kids. Admission to the turtle farm on your own was $30, and you'd still need to get there. After our tour, we had the option of being dropped off at one of the beaches or returned to the tender port.

You might want to check the exact ship times..and remember that you'll need to tender at GC, so allow time for that also.

We have a timeshare on Grand Cayman, so have done most everything there a few times. Our son, 11 now and a sea life lover, ALWAYS wants to go to Stingray City AND the turtle farm (every single time!) so if you have to make choices, those would most likely be the best for you since your kids seem to love the same things. As for Hell, well, its really not that big of a deal. Ironshore rock and you can send a postcard from there. Starfish beach: fun and you may very well be able to book a Stingray City trip that includes it, but otherwise that's the other thing we would give up if not enough time as the other two places are so nice.
