Grand Californian reduction in points!

I may be a little slow but I just noticed that for 2006 DVC reduced the points for Grand Californian. I just booked a couple of weeks ago and I am getting back 40 pts. Woohoo!!! MS said the changes to existing reservation will be completed by the end of the week.

I don't suppose you have an updated point chart, by any chance?

Or, better yet, if anyone could tell me the points needed for GC and DLH for August 3, 2006 for 2 nights, I'd very much appreciat it. TIA

August for the DLH is 29 points per night for a standard view & 35 for a premium, view and 51 for Conceirge.

Can't help withe GC - not sure if the chart I have is before or after the reduction.

I'll be staying there in December. This reduction won't help me, will it? (I think the difference would be just four points total, so I guess it's not the end of the world if it doesn't.)
