I heard they are revamping it and changing the characters. Has this happen yet? Is it open?

It wasn't open 10 days ago. However, the characters from the show (Woody, Jessie & Bullseye) did a street show in Frontierland in the late morning. They invited kids to come and dance with them, and my 3 year old son enjoyed it.

Woody and Friends debuted in that space last week. It's just a character greeting space now. Last week they had Woody, Bullseye and Jessie.
