Dear Disney,

It was nice to here that your new CEO wants to work on making the parks better.

If you are not sure where to start :teeth: ... here is a report card from the public :teacher:

Haunted Mansion B (music didn't work in grave yard, please fix speakers in carts)
Space Mountain B (ride is perfect, I miss the pre-show while waiting in line)
Tower of Terror A
Pirates B ( glad to hear your fixing it up)
MGM Backlot tour D (can't you buy some new props? How about a 20k sub?)
Peter Pan C (plywood cut-outs? That's the best you can do?)
Swiss Family A
Imagination D (Love Figment, Love Monty Python, hate ride! why?)
Bugs Life A
Jungle Cruise A (if you ride at night, gets a B- in the day time)
Monorail A+ (I enjoy more than the rides, more track please!)
Dining Plan A (very nice to not have to worry about money)
ADR A+ (love it)
GPS at bus stop F (if I knew how much time till next bus, I could plan)

Please give Disney their report card from your last trip

So much has changed since my last trip, I'll have to reserve my grading until May!!!

eww..you don't want mine

Mickeys Philharmagic: A Loved it
Buzz: F no air, 1 hr 40 min wait
Space Mt: F broke down waiting for fast pass
barnstormer: A
Food: F waited 20 minutes in line for $25 chicken fingers and fries I could have gotten tastier at McDonalds.
Mother nature: F torrential rainfall and dangerous lightening: had to leave.
Castmembers: F never said anything but hurry hurry, move on...

Wow, sounds like you didn't have a Happy Mickey trip--sorry to hear that.

Let's see--
Philharmagic A our favorite
FOLK-A The best show
Jammin Jungle Parade A best parade
Food in MK D Needs serious improvement and more choices
Dino area in AK C Disney can do better than an arcade
Great Movie Ride C Needs serious updating
MGM as a whole needs serious updating.
Splash Mtn B several things not working
Buzz A our favorite ride and did it over and over with no wait
Pooh A very creative and very Disney (need more like this)
Rockin'Roller coaster A Best coaster ever
Safari B get rid of the poaching schpeel
Snow White C no need to make it scary
Muppets C needs updating and not very Disney
Backlot Tour D needs a compete re-do
BTMR A Perfect fun!
Indy speedway F can ride this at any fair and it stinks and it's not Disney
Hmmm.......
this is fun, but I'll have to keep thinking

OK, here's mine:

Food - D - for the price we're paying, the food should be better
IASW - B - it's ok, still not par with DL's
Adventureland - B - fun place, but it could be better...it's missing something
Philharmagic - A - very modern, we need more modern attractions
Buzz - A - love it, love it, love it
Living Seas - D - I won't even bother going there again
WS - A - it would have gotten an A+ if I didn't have to walk so much
Backlot Tour - F- what a waste of time, just get rid of this
Muppets 3D - A - I'll always love this show
Dinosaur - A+ - need alot more rides on par with this
resorts - C - nice resorts, too expensive
CM's - B - still the best around, but some are slipping away from the "magic"

February Trip...

Magic Kingdom
Buzz Lightyear A-, everyone loved this ride. Rode it over and over with no wait. Only thing that keeps it from a A+ is even after rehab many lazers didn't work, paint chipping and the cast members were more interested in flirting then working.

Space Mountain A, always a favorite and no wait, great cast members

TTA on boy what a surprise! A, my kids LOVED it and a great way to sit down for awhile.

Country Bear Jamboree, C....I almost give it a D because I was so disappointed in one of my favorite shows. The bears need to be spruced up, the sound system was horrible and it was so hot in the theater!

Dumbo, B for me A for my kids. Hate the wait, ride is too short but what can you say? It's Dumbo and the kids loved it.

Magic Carpets A, we didn't wait long and the kids adored it!

Hall of Presidents A always a winner for me. Kids were bored but I expected that.

Tiki Birds, B. I would love to see the original just one more time.

Pireates of the Caribbean A+ but it's one of my favorites.

Peter Pan B, also one of my favorites but needs help. My kids loved it.

Pooh B, I thought it was lame, but my kids loved it.

Pooh's Playground A, great place to wait for your fast pass to Pooh and the kids adored it.

Jungle Cruise A, because I loved the corny jokes.

Toon Town C, not really because of Disney but because there are so many rude, obnoxious, pushy parents there making sure THEIR kid was first.

Barnstormer B, kids LOVED it. Too short of a ride for a long line.

Haunted Mansion, A...love this attraction.

Splash Mountain, B-....couldn't believe there were things NOT working. Wait was short.

IASM B, kids loved it. Rude cast members.

Wishes, A..beautiful

Cinderellabration, C....not the best.

EPCOT

In general I'll give FW a D. Construction everywhere, most of it shut down. It looked shabby.

The Land A, we loved Soarin and Living With The Land boat ride. We fast passed both and had no wait.

Turtle Talk with Crust A-, loved the show but something has to be done with the wait.

Journey Into Imagination B, I've heard lots of complaints and I did like the old version too, but this one is fun and the kids loved it. I love Figment.

World Showcase A, always a joy for me. The kids enjoyed the Kidcot stops and the cast members were great to them. I always cry at the American Adverture film.

Illuminations A, wonderful night show

Animal Kingdom

We didn't spend a lot of time here. In general I give it a B. It's hard to get around with a crowd, but it is so pretty. I want to spend more time here next time.

EE A++, loved the new coaster!

Kali Rapids, A for me, F for my DD4. She didn't like it but I thought it was great. For the record, my DH and DS2 both thought it was great too.

Safaris, C...we saw lots of animals, but I don't like the poacher story line because it scared my kids and the ride goes entirely TOO FAST!

MGM in general I give a A!!! I love this park and the cast members were kinder and the people seemed less obnoxious here.

TOT A+++++ Great ride, great show and the cast members also seem to be in character which adds so much.

RnR A++ Great ride and show!

Playhouse Disney A++ Great show for kids and adults!

Voyage of the LIttle Mermaid A, great show but it does frighten little kids during spots of it.

Lights Motors Action C, love the stunts but the show was too long and the story line was a tad boring.

Streat acters, A+++, funny as always

Food I give a C in general. It is really overprices to the point of being insulting. Our favorites would be Flame Tree Bar B Que and Le Cellier. We enjoyed the act at Prime Time Cafe, but our DS2 hid under the table. Food was good. Food court at ASMu was average, but there was plenty to pick from.

Cast members I give a C also. We met some exceptional cast members but the standard has seemed to slip quite a bit since I was a employee of Disney. You find a lot of cranky and rude cast members. I guess we've all grown used to finding exceptional people working for Disney and the few who aren't really leave a bad taste in our mouths. We were yelled at, pushed along and ignored by several cast members. I hope this improves in the future. It did make us greatly appreciate the cast members who were kind.

In the end I can only say, this is Disney so it's a A+ in my book.

Just a few....

Buzz - A - DD and I LOVE this ride and go on again and again, with FP if necessary. Will get an A+ when the shooters are upgraded so they aren't bolted to the car. (I'm hearing that that may be complete by our next trip, so our fingers, toes, and eyes are crossed!!)
POTC - B - Nice classic ride to cool off on. Looking forward to checking out the update once it's done.
COP - I could skip it, but DD likes it so much that it's starting to grow on me. Sure better than the product-placement mess that is in the old COP theater in DL. Admittedly nice to sit down every now and then......
Safari - B - Nice when the animals are up and about. Still laugh when I think about DDs first time at age 5..... she thought the poachers were real and could not believe how STUPID they were because SURELY they didn't have anywhere good enough to hide on Disney property. :)
TOT - A+ - 'nuf said
Dinosaur - A - sometimes makes my back hurt with all of the jerking, but I do love it
Primeval Whirl - B - DD loves this and I have to give it props as her 'gateway' rollercoaster.
Space Mountain - B - needs to be Disneyfied with a preshow or *something* along the wait line.
RNRR - A - love coasters, love the music
Mission Space - A from DD, C from me - I can ride the craziest coasters out tere and be fine. THIS I get nauseous from. lol
Street actors and characters - A+++
CMs - range from B up to A+++ - no real horror stories at WDW. DL CMs on a recent trip rate much lower, sadly......
Haunted Mansion - B - appeal of being a classic, but when they send you through teh graveyard with lights on, suddenly you wonder which 3rd grade class put that area together. :(
Splash Mountain - A+ - drop fun, of course, but theming on the wait was very Disney. Fun enough to keep most of us occupied instead of thinking "Gosh, I've been in this boat for like 10 minutes.... when is the drop?" :) When Disney does theming well, it really works.
World Showcase - B - fun place to wander
Innoventions - B - some sections deserve an A+, others not so much.
IASW - B - very classic, very Disney, very eye-rolling when DD wants to go on for the 5th time.......
Cinderellabration - D - booooring
Great Movie Ride - B from me, A+ from DD - she loves this, I'm ok with it. CMs manage to tell the same corny jokes a thousand times a day without sounding completely bored, a skill I'm not sure I have.
Jungle Cruise - B - see GMR note
Food - B - with a little research and some questions here on the Dis, we've found food we really like at prices we like. There are plenty of places that are expensive and less than stellar in quality, though.
Dining Plan - A+++
Character meals - A+
Resorts we've tried - A - DD loves the values and their theming, so more money for food and souvies :)

Overall WDW experience - A+ - we've just always had a good time, July or February, rain or shine, DP or none. Must be doing something right..... :)
