Here is my 2 cents.
Being someone who pays to stay at the YC & BC if you love the pool so much pay & stay there.
There are 2 rules~
1.Pool hoping is often limited or restricted & when it is open for hopping there are rules such as bracelets that are in place for a reason. ECV does not entitle one to "special" rules for your comfort.
2. Refillable cups are refillable for the trip they are purchased. Period, the end.

I don't even know what to say! This is what is wrong with a lot of parents these days. They think their kid should be entitled to everything! You were trying to use a hotel pool that you did not pay for and use a drink cup you bought years ago! Let me guess that you've yelled at your kids teacher for giving them a bad grade too! And probably called the parent of the kid who was picking on your kid! You need to teach your kid some morals and values by setting a good example and teaching them responsibility. Yelling at employees does not set a good example. It does not show your child how to respect others.
