Gift card questions..

I recently purchased MVMCP and keys to the kingdom tickets. We have gift cards but there was no choice in payment other than credit card. I called Disney special events and they said that they can reverse the charges on the credit card and use a gift card when we go to the park in person. I’d rather deal with it before we leave. Does anyone know if what this cast member said is accurate?

Can’t speak to the tour.

Never heard of anyone doing this before. Arrive early because if they can do that it won’t be quick.

For anyone else who stumbles on this- the website for MVMCP clearly has a place for DGC entry on the payment page. If you don’t see it for some glitchy reason call Disney to complete your ticket purchase and they will process your gc. (MVMCP tickets are non-refundable, not the sort of purchase you make and hope you can change later.)
