First, let me say I am new at this so I am not sure how long things are supposed to take, BUT, I don't think that the process of dealing with the IPO should be so difficult.
My 180 day mark was Wednesday (the 21) I sent off my itinerary planning form via email on the 19.) So far, I haven't heard anything back. I did call the next day, the 20th, to give my credit card number for a few things that would require my number. They had everything they needed to make my ADRs the next day.
I sent a follow up email early yesterday morning asking about confirmation numbers, and so far, nothing. I have also being trying to get through by phone all morning and keep getting the voice mail.
Is it always this hard?????

I sent an email last Thursday and only heard back Monday after I resent the email.
I am still waiting (since the 19th) for a follow up from them. It does not give a good impression. At least I KNOW I love the GF and the staff onsite is wonderful, but the IPO office is disappointing. We leave in just over a week and I need to tie up some loose ends. I will probably end up phoning Monday.

. I don't have my ressie number, can I still make my own ressies?
