Getting close to 1st cruise - ANOTHER stupid question re: excursions!

We sail on our 1st Disney cruise on the 25th (1st cruise ever), so we are definitely newbie's to this all.

We have an Atlantis excursion booked for Nassau. I am just wondering if it's very easy to find your way to the shuttle and everything. Like, are there signs? Are the shuttles right near where you get off the ship?

What am I looking for here, lol?

A ticket will appear in your stateroom for all of the extra things you have signed up for which will have a time and place to meet. When you arrive at the meeting place, they will check you off and when the time comes, someone from Disney will take you as a group to the shuttle.

If it is not a DCL excursion, the company should give you directions on how to meet. Disney will not provide that.

Not only will they meet you, but they will give you a sticker to wear and the group leader will be holding a lollipop sign and all you have to do is follow the sign in the crowd that matches your sticker to wherever your group is going...walking tour, on a motor coach, whatever. Its so organized and easy that we find it annoying and do our own tours. But I also spent 15 years working as a tour guide and now I'm a corporate travel director, so I'm kind of over any sort of organized travel when I'm on vacation.
