Gaston's Tavern, Pork Shank Price Inflation?

I noticed an almost $2 price difference this morning when I posted pictures from Gaston's Tavern that I had taken Monday vs during a soft opening. That's quite a price increase on the Pork Shank.

Looking back at this, between soft opening and now the prices went up. Pork Shank went from $7.99 to $9.49[/SIZE][/COLOR]

They were waiting to see how well received it would be, got you hooked and then bam!

Honestly, the price of food in my personal grocery cart is doing much the same as Disney and worst yet, I still have to go home and cook it!

It's sad though went from a great deal at $7.99.

I know prices are going up everywhere. But that was quite a jump.

The one we had wasn't fatty at all. This was a little tough at places though.

I'm kind of surprised it wasn't closer to that price originally since it seems more in line with the pricing of the turkey leg.

How was the drink? I just don't even have a desire to try it, it sounds so weird. And no pork for me at that price...$7.99 maybe. But it people pay it they will charge it!
