Five weeks of isolation, walking at least ~2-3 miles a day, no red meat or carbs. Eating fresh vegetables and home-cooked meals every day. The change has been fantastic! I feel great! ZERO alcohol!
A healthy diet, sugar-free, and an additional one hour home workout each day! Lost 25 lbs and gained muscle mass. I’ve even cut my screen time in half and am reading a book a week.
