Hello everyone!
Had a good weekend, we definitely splurged with pizza to go with our football watching, but I managed to get myself on the treadmill for an hour both Saturday and Sunday to meet my step goal!
Ended up going back to a calorie counting app since I was putting in all our recipes to try and calculate WW points values - seemed like too much work!
I'm using Loseit right now, and I would love to see if anyone has reviews of it. The calorie goal seems a lot more reasonable than MFP, but I'm wondering if it will still be as effective for weight loss.
My goal this week is to try my hardest to lose 1 lb and write down some measurable goals for November. In addition, I am going to work to log everything in my app, even those mini Halloween candies that don't seem like they should "count"
