Can you guys remind me, its 12am florida time I can book stuff sat moring right? 5am scottish time.
I don't know what time it would be in Scotland, but yes, it is 12am Florida time on the 8th. So, for example, those of us in CA who are 3 hours behind, we could book at 9pm on the 7th...hope that helps.

More like green.

Green, silver - it is all good. :goodvibes

I had the same question about the shirts...has anyone used uberprints.com before? Their "fine print" seems to be worded in such a way that I think I could get around the TM issues. They have TONS of options incl. Sweatshirts, jackets, jerseys...I'm thinking of going with them, but I wanted to see if anyone had any experiences with them. Their prices.seem to be about 10% less than zazzle (or at least the royal blue raglan that I want is).

Keep us posted please.

Today maybe hump day for some, but it is the last day of work for me till 10/31. Looks like another night of not getting out on time. That's fine. This weather is crazy. It is raining. I thought it never rained in L.A.

Enjoy the time off. What kind of DVC pins do you want or pins at all? I have books of them and if there is something you really want that I might have I will be more than happy to bring it to you in January.

They release CM discounts! They have OV and Verandah - it included gratituities. All told we saved an awesome amount.

Only downside is that we are now GTY verandah which worries me as I do not like to be forward but for the amount we saved..I am going to chance it!

A special thank you to the Diser who sent me a PM - DH wasn't aware of it yet!

Thank you for posting that. We were able to get that rate for my brother (and the discount is obscene!)

I'm so glad! I didn't realize you could get it for family... I was shocked when the CM gave me the total...I had to ask a few times.. :lmao:

I knew it didn't apply to your cabin but glad it helped your family.

Dateline - upstate New York. Home safe and sound. Started out in sunshine, ended up in rain - the weather perfectly matched my mood. 3350 miles driven.

For anyone who has not ordered shirts and is thinking about it. I will be going to the big apparel trade show in Vegas next weekend for my business. There is a company offering some new high quality heat press transfers that are supposed to last longer than most home ones. I am planning on buying some so I can play with them and see how well they work. They are supposed to work great on both light and dark colored garments. If they work as advertised I would like to help anyone who still wants shirts. Sorry if this is long winded or doesn't make sense, I am just trying to get my thoughts out before they run away.

AUBS? Are they Iron-on-able or does one need a special machine? I usually make my own using the transfers for dark shirts, but always looking for a better transfer.

I will have to remember to take special note of it when I do your delivery.

There's a hint for you! I ALWAYS bring my camera when I deliver FE gifts so I can take pictures of special doors and Fish extenders.

Sometime early November, I will send emails out to all that have signed up just confirming their order and verifying the names.

So far, we have an overwhelming "yes" to give a certificate for the Captain, so I will add that onto the order too.

Not too long now...

-Kay

Should we plan on bringing a mailing tube for the certificate? What did you do on previous trips? I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering.

I would hate to have the certificate crushed or wrinkled in our suitcase.
Thanks,
Shirley

Our waitlist game through for KV for the SV. Should be really nice. Looking forward to our vacation 11 days to go. Hubby is going to go to St Pete and see his uncle whom will be in town so I am going to go to the MNSSHP on Tues Oct 19. My favorite event. Calling DVC in the am for the ticket. I am almost in vacation mode now!

If anyone is interested, I built a quick-reference spreadsheet for excursion planning. I think we would all agree that most Disney web sites leave a lot to be desired...DCL being no exception. I found it very frustrating that you had to go in and out of every excursion to get the price, duration and age range. I don't understand why this information can't be available on the front page...it would've saved me a ton of time. (DCL web deginers, I hope you are reading!)

So in my frustration, I built this...and I hope it helps those of you still planning. Each title is actually a link to the detailed description on the DCL web site (click the cell, and then click "Go to link"). Happy planning!

DCL PC Excursions
I had started to do the same thing but by hand to paper..:scared1::laughing:
So WE thank you so much!:dance3:

Aww, it sounds like I've lost my neighbor. Congrats on the awesome rate!

Wow, there are now seven cat. 7A cabins open, four on deck 7.

I have never brought certificates back, but I have brought other things back from a Disney Cruise (e.g Navigators) and they came back OK.

I often travel with either a hard box containing important documents/info or a hard backed envelope - that helps keep things flat. We also usually travel with one or two laptops in a bag and that is where we put the important papers.

If you feel it necessary, by all means plan for a mailing tube. According to the website, each certificate is 15.5 x 21 inches in size.

Ooh, now I have really read and digested that little bit of info, they seem larger than I expected (I was expecting US letter size). Hmm, perhaps this time I will need a mailing tube. Oh well, I still have 13 more weeks to plan that part :lmao:
