We're planning to stay at the Hyatt MCO the night before our cruise, since our plane arrives after 11:00 pm and we'll have two sleepy children (and parents too!). I'm wondering how to handle the luggage and check-in.

Should we go to baggage claim right away (we'll be on U.S. Air). Can we rent one of those luggage carts and take it to the front desk to check in to the Hyatt? I'm not sure we could carry it all with the kids.

Any tips you could share would be appreciated!

Thanks!

I would splurge and get a porter to take it to the front desk! That way you could carry the kids and he would take care of the luggage!

Enjoy your cruise!

Not sure where US Air flies in to, but Southwest is Terminal A, I think. As you walk out of the gates, past the security area, the elevators up to the Hyatt check-in are immediately on the left. It might be a good idea to take the kids up right away, and start putting them to bed, while DH goes to get the luggage (and a porter). My DD and I did carryon for one trip when we arrived late. From the time we left the plane to when we hit the bed at the Hyatt was only about 15 minutes! Diana
