Free park hoppers?

Have read mention of free park hoppers on a five day ticket. Can't seem to find anything official. Is this permanent or just a limited time thing?

My in- laws received a pin code for a room discount and free park hopper on a 5 day MYW ticket. The pin code is specifically for them and can't be used by anyone else.
