Free Flights on AirTran with cups at Wendy's

Hi.

I was going to go and request my vouchers, I am going to Request Rewards. I have 32 credits (should be enough for 2 round trip tickets) and the only option that I see for 16 credits is the One-way AirTran Business Class Ticket.

Am I in the wrong spot?

It should give you an option for "One-way AirTran Coach Ticket" for 8 points. Then you request 4 of those, right? That's how I've always done it.

I called yesterday and booked 2 round trip flights to Chicago in June. My grand total was a whopping $10.00!!

I do not know if you can call this far in advance, try it and see, the worst that will happen is they will tell you when to call back.

Good luck! I had no trouble booking my flights, we were very flexible though.

I just got off the phone, they only do 6 months in advance.

Bummer, I wanted to book the hotel right away. I don't want to book yet because we are flexible with our flight dates. That means I can't book until June! This is going to drive me crazy, trying to plan a trip without dates.

But I can look on the bright side, our 5 flights only cost us 106.00 in Wendy's cups!

Hi Billie! I am so grateful to have so many of my questions answered by these bulletins. So thank you all for posting here. I was just hoping that you could shed some light on some of my other questions. Okie, well here I go.
First I was worried because the address you (Billie) provided on the forum had a different zip code than the one I found on the airtran cup and rules. The zip code I sent my mail to was savannah, ga 31408. I hope that means I still sent it in correctly. Secondly, I was wondering how many days or weeks in advance would you recommend booking a flight with the rewards. I mean I sent my coupons in Jan 13th..no posting of points yet but wanted to take a trip in March for my anniversary. Do you think I still have a chance to book a flight or are my chances slim. Sigh, I check everyday for my points and I know you all are working so hard. It's just hard having that "what if it got lost" feeling..ya know?

I got both of my flights, two round trips for my son and me. They are non stop flights, seemed to have better chances than one that connected in Atlanta. Guess that's because all the flights connect there. We are going down the night before our reservations at POR, my aunt lives north of Orlnado in a retirement community we will stay the night with her.

I am so excited, all those trips to Wendy's are finally worth it! The girls at work were getting sick of eating there every weekend too! Ha Ha, it helps to get other people helping you out too.

Oh yeah...Oh yeah...all my credits posted. I sent them via Priority with delivery confirmation on 1/12 and they posted this morning. Mind you the confirmation from the post office is still not showing as delivered! My stomach has been in knots thinking they were lost. Since, they gave me so much of a pain...I am going to the Post Office today and request a refund of my .50 It's not the money but, if they are going to offer a service it should work!

Disney here we come....7/2 - 7/13!!! There was not a wait to be connected to an agent and she was extremely nice. Both legs of the flight are non stop and my first choice!

What is Airtrans policy on special needs kids. My son has ADHD and Anixty issues. The last time he flew he was only 6 months old, so I am not sure what to expect. Our flight is later in the day so his meds will be working ok not at there peak. Do they allow early boarding for that kind of thing, also with the A plus rewards tickets will we be seated together? Oh by the way he is 8 years old.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who had this issue...I keep checking everyday and USPS still says they have not been delievered!??!?!?!?

Hopefully Airtran will post my credits soon!

USPS delivery confirmation still says they have not been delivered.
I guess they forgot to scan the package when they reached Airtran.
Oh well..they posted, that's all I care about.

Hi, I sent in 64 coupons on Jan 11 and they were delivered in Savannah on Jan 13. Today they posted to my account, but only 15.5 posted. I counted and recounted those coupons 3-4 times before I sent them. Maybe a few were stuck together? Is there any other way to get half of a credit.

Also.. I sent in 64 more coupons on Jan 19 and these were delivered in Savannah on January 23, hopefully I'll see those soon.

Just curious, have you had success in booking your desired flights yet?

We ran into black out dates for dates in June (18th - a Sunday go figure!)

Just hope that AT has the sense to increase the capacity of seats eligible (at least closer to the dates) would think that all these pending free flights will clog up the system. We've had problems using vouchers the 2nd week in Dec. in the past (long-time reward customers). Had to pay for seats then get credit months later when they opened some up...yes, you can change your voucher'd flight 1 time.
