Does anyone know when the next free dining plan is offered????

No One knows but Disney!
If they decide to offer FD next year it may come out
about the same time it has for the last few years--
Around April.
Just keep a look out on the Dis for rumors early next year
and for an official announcement if there is one on the Disney
site.
Also you can get notice of specials like FD if you have a Disney Visa.
If you have a DV you can also book before General Public.

Yup, like the PP said, IF Disney does free dining it historically has been announced in early April and the dates vary from year to year, but always seem to fall from about mid-August to the end of September.

If 2009 follows previous years, the free dining promotion will most likely be offered for dates from late August to mid-September, and be made available for booking by the general public at the beginning of April.

There's also the possibility of bounceback bookings for guests staying at WDW resorts during the 2008 free dining period.

No official announcements regarding 2009 have been made by WDW.

We are there this year on the bounce back we signed up when at the resort last year and had free dining.
