Free dining question...

Does anyone know when (typically) Disney has announced free dining dates for the fall? I know that "typically" it is over our anniversary, but I also know to not count on something until it's been officially announced. Hubby and I are planning an anniversary trip and he needs to soon ask for time off or he won't get it (he works retail and anniversary is in September - back to school time). We are holding out in hopes that Disney offers free dining but are also considering going on another cruise.

So was wondering if anyone knew when it would be likely to be announced?
