Ok so I already asked about not receiving a confirmation email, but my Disney Experience Acct hasn't updated to it either. Is that cause for concern or am I just over analyzing this. I am aware both phone and site had crashed earlier today. I am just trying to make sure I have my bases covered.

It can take up to 24 hours to update. If you are really worried, you can call them and verify it is correct in the system. Good luck!
 

I was sent a pm telling me that I shouldn't be bashing Dreams on here because of possibly being banned? for negative comments to them.. I would hope that people just understood that I'm stressed and upset because all these other people are saying how fast their agents got them free dining and here I am still sitting and waiting:sad1: Guess I'll just keep quiet until I know something.....

We understand that you are stressed and frustrated just like ALL of us, especially us waiting on our TA to save us some money. What we DON'T understand is if its so important, WHY have you not tried everything possible to communicate with your TA? Something as simple as a phone call, and you never thought of that.

Maybe a lot of people are currently double booked and they'll drop the extra room later today. I know I was doubled up, I had my old POR ressie and then a new CBR ressie. I did finally cancel POR but it took forever on the phone.

I know I am double booked right now. Canceling POP when the systems are back up.

MDE updated, but the confirmation number is different than the one I was given when I called on my own. So I assumed my TA did get me the offer as well. Will both appear in MDE eventually?
Trying to decide to cancel TA or the one I made.

Um yeah, they would prefer that no TA's are mentioned by name, in either a good or bad context. Well, I'm sure that good reviews for DU are welcome.....
Look, we're all stressed at this point, and we understand that you are too, but the negativity is not helping yourself nor anyone at this point.

My TA has been trying since 7am and last time I checked (maybe an hour ago) she was still waiting. She's updating her Facebook page to let everyone know what's going on. I still have hope and so should you! :goodvibes

Feel so bad for those of you still trying :grouphug: The whole thing crashing, phone and online site is crazy! Hope you all get what you want and whatever magical updates they are doing fixes the problems.

Just received email from my TA she called in at 7am and was on hold over 4 hours and as soon as they took her first reservation she got disconnected :headache:and has now been on hold for 2 more hours! So I'm sure all of the TA's are as frustrated as everyone else waiting to hear something, possibly more frustrated since they are the ones sitting on the phones all day:sad2:
 
I apologize to everyone on here who thinks I've been bashing Dreams and complaining. Won't hear anything else from me on this matter.....
 
Relief finally!!!! Our travel agent just called to let us know that she was able to change us from POFQ to CSR for 10/29-11/6. She's been working on this all day. We started exchanging texts at 6:30 this morning. Greatly appreciate her hard work!!!:thumbsup2 Now I can breath.

We ended up switching from PORR to CSR or our cost would have jumped 200.00 more ( 2 rooms). Hope we love our "new" resort!
