1:30 on cell got through my 1:40 on home phone. Only took 10 minutes to change our reservation. Fort Wildwrness Cabins 10/30-11/8. At first the CM tried to tell me that we only have FD till 11/2, she was quite confused but in the end worked our! Good luck to everyone else on hold.

Is this the only way to get the photo package now? No more preordering the PP+?

The CM said that you can add it when you get there but it's more expensive then. You get a slight discount for adding ahead of time. I think Memory Maker is the same as pp+.....just a different name.

Only problem now (due to a change in our dates to November) is my 180 day out dining reservation day is the same morning we happen to be going to Aulani. Yikes!

GASP....the horror LOL. I watched the Aulani promo video for DVC a few weeks back and it's definitely on my 'must do' list. So beautiful!

I imagine that this is not the norm and they can only go as fast as the system will allow (and their training).

Just remember, once booked, you can do changes. It's the getting there that counts...Actually finally getting THERE, THE BUBBLE, WDW is what counts, so keep the finish line in site

In the years that we have had a DV, I have never received an email from them about FD, and I know our email is on file with them.
