Free Dining 2013 Part 2 ~ The Sequel

Last time we went we stayed at pop, now we are going to por because the youngest will be a month shy of 4 and they will not allow 5 in a room, so that is why we are hoping for a discount, we need two rooms.

I've never stayed at CSR so can't comment on that other than it is also a convention center so I would think they'd have at least some things geared toward adults. Joe is staying there in Sep - I would take that as a very good sign that you made a good choice there.
My daughter & son-in-law went to MNSSHP when they were in their 20s & loved it. I'll bet you & your teens will really enjoy the Christmas party, too.

Thanks so much for giving me a vote of confidence! I have read a bunch of reviews for CSR and it sounds like just the place for us! And Mickeys Christmas Party...here we come..we are all pretty much saps about the holidays so it will be a lot of fun!

Well I just was falling asleep and my daughter woke me up, we got the pin I am so excited, no eating condiments and crackers this trip. She received it 6 days ago but had been checking her mail on her phone and she did not see it. Tonight she went on the computer and there it was. The strange thing is that when I called Disney on Fri. and Sun the CM said we did not have any. Thanks for all of the pixie dust sent to me and I send it right back to all of you.

That is wonderful news!!!! I know how discouraged you were getting. Guess there is always a glimmer of hope.

Thanks for all the congrats. We are very excited, but I never was too anxious about searching for the pin b/c we're staying at POR & would like a room in AB, whereas w/ pin the only rooms available are royal or garden view I believe. We'll book garden view for now but I'm still looking for the GP offers so I can switch to standard - free dining & a $100 chunk off of my room rate by switching sounds better to me! I'm sending out pixie dust to all that need it in the meantime!!!

I was thinking of switching my reservation from POFQ to PO Riverside. I wanted a Pool view in Royal Rooms - does your pin offer exclude those rooms. I dont have a pin at this point so hoping I get one or GP offer comes out to add on, but I wanted to have my Resort and room type locked up before that.

I have called a bunch of times (almost daily) about pins. Sometimes I feel like they dont even look. When you were calling, how did you go thru the prompts to get assistance (ie. Did you say modify reservation..). Thanks

I say "resort reservation changes" when it asks why I am calling. Good luck!

I am pretty sure that the POR Royal Room-Pool View rooms are not excluded from discount offers. I know for sure that royal rooms in general are not excluded. We are staying in a RR at POR & were able to get the FD discount applied to our ressie.

I am so mad! I was fiddling with the dining page under my alternate email and found the 8:05 breakfast at Crystal Palace that I have been trying to get. I should have just booked it but stupidly tried to sign out of that email and in on my other one. Guess what? It is gone. The least they can do is give me the meals I want if they can't give me fding. UGH!!!!
