OMG TINKER! Wes is just edible he's so cute! I miss the days when my kids dressed up in such cutie patooty outfits!

This year my daughter wants to hot glue a bunch of toy tanks and soldiers to the front of her t-shirt and go as "The War in My-Rack" !

Bwahahaha! That is hilarious! Sounds like something my college aged sis would do!

Maggie- your hair looks cute all of the time, but I am sure it would be super cute short!! Right now I have the Victoria Beckham cut- a little shorter and blonder than what is in my current avatar there- I love it! Jes actually has her hair with just a little pink on the sides in her more current pics (after the show) and it is really cute to- and maybe more "doable" for this mom.... It would actually look really cute with "normal" colors to- maybe a reddish brown with my blonde or something.. hmmm... Since Jes is a hair stylist, maybe I should just email her and ask her to do my hair!! haha!

So, if anyone wants to see the show we are talking about, looks like VH1 is actually doing a marathon right now! Fair warning- don't watch with the kids in the room!

Yeah Maggie- just search "Jes Rock of Love" on myspace and all of the girls come up. I think Jes is on my friends list, so you could get to it that way to. She has everything from the brands, to the color types, to styling priducts! It is kind of interesting to see what all of the girls are doing now!

I usually get my hair really short once a year and then grow it out. I really like her more current pink streaks myself. LOL Email her- its worth a shot! id love to see your short hair now. I love victoria beckhams hair. LOL i wish she had her own reality show- i was glued to that one episode she did on NBC or ABC "coming to America"

Last week it went down to $50, then suddenly, last night it went down to $39!... so, I found a code for 15% off and applied it, then saw that disney was offering 20% off of the BOOTIQUE with code HALLOWEEN. Well, I assumed that it would take my 15% off, but it didn't, it stacked them for a total of 35% off!! Mickey Wes is adorable! I like that he won't tolerate substitutions, either! That 'fake Mickey' just has to go!

Now, I am sure the hair would be perfect on you younger cuties! For a split second, I looked at the hair and tried to imagine how I would pull it off....being 51 and overweight....and it just ain't gonna' happen! The makeup would have to go a looooong way with me!

ETA: Can we see the family Disney photo when everyone gets into costume? That sounds like the perfect Christmas card, if I do say so myself.

I am so serious about my hair I would fly to another state to get it done! Plus, she seems so fun to hang out with! I noticed she had been doing some modeling for CHII clothing, which is where I saw the new do at. Let me try to find a picture of my hair and I'll post it-- I am usually not the one in the pictures, Wes is! I loved that episode to- we must have the same taste in TV Maggie!

I'm glad you guys like his costume- I have to hide it because he wants to wear it all of the time. If he see's it, he goes and gets it for you to put on him. See how sweaty he is in those pics?? It was like- 95 degrees that day!!

Okay- here is my hair.. the only 2 pics I can find of myself recently are on not so great hair days, one is at the state fair, and one is after a long drive to TX (the one where I have the homemade bday cake). The back of it is really short, it is brown, with blonde highlights on top.

Sorry these are so huge! Not sure how to make them smaller!

I don't think they were offended by her dislike of the post. She didn't say I don't like this and I"m not going to send for it, she made a dismissive post about someones religion and then made it worse by inciting others.


See I wasn't offended by the original post. (I'm agnostic so it's all just blah blah blah to me anyway).

I wasn't offended by goofys reply. (Thought it was in bad taste and very bigoted but hey that's her bad karma not mine.)

However when she comes back and says that this is not the board she knows if all the rest of us were not offended. Now that irks me. It sounds like she is trying to "shame" others into supporting her comments and that we are wrong if we don't believe what she believes. See that's just a little to hateful for me. Don't like something but don't recruit others to join in on hate. Bad form all around.

That rubs me the wrong way. I am glad she says she's dropping it. It needs to be dropped. Yes, it's way to much drama for a freebie board.

I just want to post one more thing. I just want you all to know that I should not have posted that part about the boards. I was really upset when I typed that part. I just felt like no one understood what upset me (really no shame intended and really did not mean to offend, but wow did I). I should not have included that part!

HA! My hair used to look like this back in my "Motley Crue Days" It also experimented with pink during cosmotology school!!

I used everything on the beauty supply shelf to get it to stick up like that! I could have poked someones eye out with my hair!

Tink I LOVE your hair now~ do you think you would have the time everyday to devote to "the sticking up of the hair"-

Well, I actually like her hair when she keeps it fixed the way I do mine now.... I don't think I have the energy (uh...might take time away from The Dis..)to spike.. and I might cause my son to lose an eye or something... and cotton candy hair sounds scary.... But I LOVE LOVE LOVE the color and style she has in these pics..... check these out....

LOL, speaking of chocolate...I got my Nestle's crispy crunch whatever bar coupon yesterday and cashed it in today. I was DEEEEElish!! In fact, it was so rich (I can't believe I am saying this...) that I almost couldn't finish it!! (almost- I managed..) This is coming from the girl who can eat 4 KIT KAT snack bars and still want more.

It was really yummy...

Ok, that looks like she has pulled the front and side back in a barrette or something and has taken the middle of the top and pulled it out over the barrette to the side. Does that make sense? That actually looks do-able.

Tink- It looks like you have her basic cut- you may need to razor it a bit for the "fly away" look- and use a product that will give you more texture- dry your hair upsidedown for some lift and tease the roots up a bit, spray the heck out of it- - go blonder and add the pink and you are there!
