hmmm Very Interesting. I will check my next time out.
I did notice something strange before while driving through the "not very nice" sections of Philly. There is a church and a bar at almost every corner. When you see a church- 99.9% of the time you will then see bar.![]()
I worship at the church of DD![]()

great photo cassi!! And great hair! Okay thats it-- im getting a hair apt right now!

I need a lot more than a hair appointment to even approach THAT look..![]()

Ok here was my responseOK, I have moved this over to the Freebie Chat to not get in the way of everyone's freebie hunting! I in no way am attacking angiepangie8, but I did feel a sense of obligation to post that that particular post was offensive to me. I should have PMed angiepangie8, but I have never ran into this before. I usually do just pass over the posts that I am not interested in or find somewhat inappropriate, but this one struck a nerve. Others have been offended by animal testing posts and I remember a post a while back about a book that helps get out of a DUI that some found offensive. People stated that they were bothered by the posts. Those posts were responded to by people stating that they understood where the offended posters were coming from and that they did not mean to offend them. When I post that a pagan site is offensive to me, I get to each their own responses. I guess only certain posters opinions are valued here.
I am really surprised that no one else would be bothered by that post and I was very surprised by the responses.
Anyway, I never thought that I would be the one to cause a stink on the freebie thread, but I stand by my posts (ok not that one part about the boards. That was harsh and I really should not have posted that part). it is too bad, I have always enjoyed the freebie thread.
After reading angiepangie's response, I can see that PMing would not have done much good.
I am pretty open-minded
Some of it may be over the top but I also thought a lot of the stuff on this site was nice ( regardless of your religious affiliation or non affiliation)
Here is a meditation technique to use with kids: http://www.paganpages.org/20ch_1.php
Also I thought this was a nice message: Our children should be taught to be happy and do things which make the Earth a happier place as well. We cannot ever know about worlds beyond, so lets take what we do know and make the most of it.
Its your choice ~If you like it great
If you dont or think you might get offended then I suggest you dont send in for their freebie and definitely dont go to their site.

Pah-shaw- I am not going to get offended HRH! Yes- I have that little hangy piece, but since I use a flat iron, I style it so it goes to the side not to the front. I usually won't let it hang in my face unless it is date night (with DH of course!) and I am feeling sassy! That is one hot hairstyle!! I have really, really long wavy (I straighten) red hair, and would kill for sassy hair like that...but I do have sort of a question..please don't be offended, I don't mean anything bad by this..
Whenever I watch Victoria Beckam in an interview, she has that long piece that keeps flopping into her eyes... I know that is part of the style, but doesn't that just drive you insane???? I sound just like my mother did when I had long hair parted in the middle no bangs back in the 70's...Had it hanging in my face for 3 years....Anyway, you and your hair are gorgeous...
Ummm.. I would say normal- I still use a root booster, I think having thick hair would make the back look gorgeous! You just might have to spend a little extra time with the flat iron. I can actually fix my hair really fast (a miracle on my part really) because I can just let the back air dry, and blow dry the rest upside down with some root boost, and fix anything else witht he flat iron. My hair stylist also gives me a little mixture to do my roots once they start growing out- she says it saves her more money to let me do it on my own once, so she can keep getting referals!! haha!Cassi is your hair thick or thin? I have thick hair thats my only issue.
