FP+ - 60 days+10?

Our FP+ reservation window opens at midnight tonight and I'm wondering - will I be able to make FP+ for our entire trip? Or will I have to go day-by-day as the 60 day window opens? We want to meet A&E, but not until about 6 days into our trip and I wasn't sure if I can make the reservation tonight or 6 days prior to the actual day we want to meet them.
