It turns out the restaurant is a "wanna-be" swanky joint. High prices - mediocre food, lousy service. Thank goodness I didn't have to buy my lunch.

Yuppers, it was 16 here too, nice day for my furnace to die. Spent the day with the repair guy, gee now I know what I am getting for Christmas, a new furnace.

Well I just let the dogs out, and they slid off the porch, down the steps, and into the yard, so I am guessing it is icy out!!! My dad says everyone is sliding off the road down by his place... LOL so I guess I am gonna stay right here for a while!

Sorry John but we have almost summertime weather here in Central Florida. It's going to hit 84 today. Uggggh why can't it feel more like Christmas?

We can hardly wait to get to Florida to warmer weather. It has been unusually cold here in Dallas the past 3 weeks. Although it does give a more Christmas feel. Today is the warmest day in weeks, back to 70! Then back to cold next week.
