Forgot the DME booklet

My niece just got to the airport in IN and realized she forgot her DME booklet. Does she need that to get on the ME bus? She has the yellow tag on her luggage. I'm thinking that the CMs will have her name on their list for today. Is that right? Thanks!

They should be able to take care of her. She may need the reservation number if she is not on the reservation itself.

Check in at the DME counter.

She will be fine. When she lands in MCO she should go to the DME location as normal. She should tell the greeter that she doesn't have her booklet and they will direct her to a counter where one will be provided for her so that she can board the bus.

Yep, been there, done that. I was a very good packer. So good, in fact, that I packed my DME packet in my checked bag!!! Dopey me. It was all very easy...just went to the counter, showed my ID and they printed off an new voucher. Your niece will be fine.

Your niece will have no problems checking into ME. Last spring my friend and I booked a very last minute trip. So last minute that there was not enough time for Disney to mail my ME paperwork to me. Upon arriving to MCO I simply walked over to the ME counter, showed my picture id and proceeded to the bus. Easy peasy.

Ah...yes..I've been there too! I was all ready to go and had all my papers aside so I wouldn't lose them. The good news was they weren't lost!

I remember calling a friend, who was on a later flight to Disney, in a panic. She told me "it's Disney, they won't leave you stranded!"
