I want to add my name to the list of those who has emailed both companies.
I emailed Bank One with a stern message. Being shut out for being a loyal Day One customer is not the way to keep me.
I emailed Disney with a more forgiving message. I feel Disney has been betrayed by Bank One. (When speaking to a Bank One rep, I was told that they had no control over who the offer was open to, that Disney was in control of the marketing ) I asked them to please open the availability of this package to counter the harm that Bank One has caused.
I now await with the rest of you to see what response we might get.
